The digital ad’s purpose was to expand Scoop Shoppe’s audience to surrounding areas by showcasing its commitment to quality, organic ingredients and catering to health-conscious consumers, including those seeking vegan and lactose-free options. This school project focused on social media advertising.

Project Summary

Scoop Shoppe, a small-batch artisanal ice cream brand, required a digital ad campaign to promote online ordering and broaden its footprint. The objective of this project was to design a social media advertisement that would appeal to health-conscious families, teens, and busy adults who value premium, organic ingredients. The campaign sought to engage these audiences through a clear call to action, encouraging online orders and aiming to grow Scoop Shoppe’s social media following while converting online visitors into loyal customers.

Solution

The social media advertising campaign was designed to resonate with Scoop Shoppe’s health-conscious audience and highlight the artisanal quality of their ice cream. I incorporated Scoop Shoppe’s campaign message that they are free of artificial flavors, preservatives, emulsifiers, and stabilizers, with vegan and lactose-free varieties available and targeted health-conscious families, busy adults, and teens, encouraging them to order online through Scoop Shoppe’s website. Visuals featured diverse groups enjoying the ice cream, reflecting the broad demographic appeal and creating a sense of community around the brand. Using a clean, minimal layout and a grid structure, the design emphasized key product features and a clear call-to-action button that encouraged online orders, aligning with Scoop Shoppe’s goal to grow its social media presence and increase customer engagement. Color choices from the brand’s palette were applied to reinforce brand identity, and contrasting typography ensured readability.
